Email Signature

The tiny bit of information that a user attaches to the end of an email is called email signature. Basically, you can pretty much type in whatever you like into the email signature, but for starters, you can include your name and contact numbers. Email signatures can be simple texts or some cutesy images. Other email programs even allow you to create assorted email signatures and attch them according to your mood. An email signature is saves time and easy to use. When create a thank you note, you can just type in the thank you message and you need not worry baout not writing your name at the end of the note, it will be added automatically, as easy as that. The same way applies if you include your contact details in your email signature.
