Eastern’s Web Developer Resource page provides groups of links to a wide array of Web Development resources. It can help you access a tool or tutorial, look for free software or Web browser, give guidance and verification or just anything you need.
It has a new freeware that works and looks like Macromedia Captivate. It can create flash format video tutorials, screen capture and add annotations to screenshots. The site also provides JPEG Wizard Online Optimizer which has the ability to shrink and edit JPEG format images without having damage to the decompression and recompression process. This is a free service offered by the site which can be accessed by anyone.
